Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To start the return process, contact us at info@lampesmaison.com. Make sure the items are unused and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery.
Return Process
- Contact us first: Send an email to info@lampesmaison.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Follow the instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack it properly: Make sure the product is well packed to avoid any damage during shipping.
- Shipping costs for returns: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customers.
Refunds
After receiving your returned package, we will conduct an inspection. Once approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. No restocking fee will be applied.
